Welcome to PPDC,  a pioneer startup in the domain of real estate development. The creation of PPDC stems from the recognition of a growing demand for high-quality real estate development in the market. 

At the helm of PPDC is Eng. Khalid Hamed Al Mahrooqi, our esteemed MD. Khalid brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in investment structure, analysis, negotiation, deal closing, and project delivery. His extensive background spans across all corporate levels, where he has consistently provided critical development coordination and workable solutions for efficient management.

Our mission is to create unique business environments that maximize property use and return on investment (ROI). We pride ourselves on our objective analysis of subsidies and other financial vehicles, facilitating the completion of projects within the limits of determined ROI objectives. Our strategic approach to real estate acquisitions and exits ensures that we deliver value to all stakeholders.

Our MD has successfully managed large-scale projects valued above OMR 200 million. His calculated risk-taking and deep knowledge in providing analytical support for investment and strategic business decisions have been pivotal in the success of each project he undertaking. His leadership was instrumental during his tenure as Director of Business Development at Khazaen Economic City and as Director of Investment and Developemnt at ASAAS where he negotiated contracts, ensured compliance with government regulations, and closed deals worth over OMR 400 million.
